GZ, I have great respect for your opinions but I have one question? The P/E of the S&P carries a historic norm of 15, at the present time the index carries a P/E of approximately 26.5, with earnings revisions working their way lower how will the index make a new high without returning to P/E levels seen only during the last market bubble? I agree with your comment regarding market sentiment and reduced levels of margin debt but I have a hard time swallowing the fundamental case for a move higher.
