I can't comment as to the first part but I can comment as to Trader Joe. I think there is a psychiatric term that would cover his/her type of statement. Can you imagine a big law firm that is considering a major lawsuit against Pristine et al trying to piece all of this together? It would be a great task. I suspect that they must feel pretty strongly in order to devote the time and expense on their dime. It will take a while but I believe the wheels are turning as the saying goes for additional lawsuits. I wonder if Oliver V. and Greg C. of Pristine would be willing to foolishly state in public that they had not been served in a lawsuit and it was all just a figment of the imagination.....
