But, companies are always trying to improve 'extractable grade'. INCO for example spend nearly a Million bucks to determine the "charactersitics of troublesome ultramafic ores" in 1995?. I'm assuming they did this to improve recovery. Roycefield Resources, who will start mining a Sb deposit in Newfoundland have developed a proprietary method to extract the ore at higher grades.
