You're absolutely right, that is a problem, but I think global economies are changing rapidly enough to suggest the older valuation measuring devices and instruments may, in fact, be obsolete..... it remains to be seen, however in the mean time I'm betting the long side and buying into any and all severe weakness..... I guess when these markets finally hit bottom, and I believe they already have, I'll be the only one left holding long positions.....
