DAK...yes, that's true. One other segment starting to look interesting is the $1,000,000+ category. Easy to track 'cause it's listed in the Sunday paper. Looks like the number of listings is rising in that category (if you include listings from the ultra-primo realtors). Interesting observation today was one or two listings trumpeting "foreclosure" as part of the add. I expect to see more of these in the next 8 weeks or so....
