I can just see the headlines in a few weeks... "Barbara Boxer caught shorting energy stocks on the Senate floor moments before giving a speech lambasting energy companies for excessive price gouging"! 66 transactions! Your assumption seems to be she was buying and owning these companies. When it looks far more likely she was flipping them like a full time options trader!! LOL! At least when Cheney owned his stock, he simply owned it. He wasn't flipping companies back-and-forth like a wild west short term speculative trader, while engaged in policy decision on the Senate floor! I would love to see each one of her trades and then bounce them against her floor speeches in the Senate chambers. That would be a real hoot! LOL
