Madharry, IMO AFFX has an opportunity to dominate the the high density chip business. Their patent position is very strong as is their technological base. Thus the question becomes how large is this market going to be. I believe it will be multi-billion. There isa reason that companies like Agilent and Motorola are spending millions to try to get in and I would not be surprised that if AFFX gets in enough trouble they will get bought out. Of course along the way the growth will not be straight line. For a long time I have been looking for an opportunity to establish a position. Now is a good time. It is always hard to value a company that has some potential for explosive growth.
