POSSSTOCK: Very well stated. I don't appreciate people like philthese lying about a company I am invested in, but I do not agree with these lawsuits at all. Many companies are doing this nowadays. They have the deep pockets, and they don't care, win or lose. Doesn't help my investment any. IFTP has said they are filing, and I know the lawsuit has been drafted. I also know that philthese is a named defendant. That's the way it goes nowadays. Everyone, including large corporations are law-suit happy. We live in a litigious society, where often times, right or wrong, when you like to play, win or lose, you have to pay.

Unfortunately you are right. I, for one, support everyone's right to express an honest opinion...good or bad. If FONX costs people that give their honest opinion money then IMO we are very near the day when noone will be able to write anything on these boards without a huge disclaimer attatched to the message. Cheerleaders may be sued by investors who bought in because of such posts as "..at the bottom now"...."..going to the moon Monday.."..."don't miss the train.." and because the s/p drops they lost some money. There is no difference to me between an hones pumper and an honest basher...each has their own agenda.
In IFTP's case I hope they put out a quick pr next week about the filing status of this lawsuit or else it will deemed nothing more than a scare tactic. IMHO

A MESSAGE TO ALL!
For all those skeptics, bashers & disbelievers out there our little IFTP had yet ANOTHER record volume day beating yesterdays record of 55,136,900 to today's new record of 81,369,800!! It also created an increase in PPS from .016 to .025 & that is a whopping 56.25% overnight!
We are still so heavily UNDERVALUED it is UNBELIEVABLE to say the least. But that is what the OTCBB market is all about folks, it's about Market Makers that make the market & can control just about whatever stock they feel like. They can short it & cover whenever they believe is necessary & all to their advantage of course while making millions of dollars in the process. They couldn't care less if the company they are shorting is making any money, they just care about what they can pocket for themselves in the meantime until they feel it's time to let it go & DON'T let anyone else tell you otherwise. This stock has been manipulated & shorted millions of shares in my opinion & if I had to guess I would say the amount of shares short are anywhere near 300 million.
I believe now that with the AMEX deal coming even closer to an agreement, we are reaching near deadline & the MM's feel maybe it is time to start covering & the volume today speaks for what I'm talking about. Don't for once think that everyone out there & their mother decided to buy IFTP all at the same time to cause this volume because it is not a coincidence, it is covering amongst buying as well. Don't think that these shorts will be left holding the bag, if this AMEX deal with ENP materializes it would be too risky for them to wait till the last week or so. They are pro's & know exactly what they are doing, so I believe we are seeing the beginning of the short covering on IFTP & once it is all said & done watch this baby run & I mean watch it run & I'm talking about IFTP running while still on the OTCBB prior to AMEX!
