Answer is yes, I dont believe it. It smacks of conspiracy theories out of MT [EDIT] - I had MO first, and that would fit too, another story put on stage by the Duke and the Dolphin. Taking care of money (cash, aggregates, you name it) has been in EZB hands since the beginning.
