My guess is the kid was shot by his own countrymen by accident, "" I fully confirm that! The boy was killed by the Arab fire.

Since establishment of Palestinian Authority, over 5000 Arabs have been killed by Arafats men, just because they didn't agree with him or belonged to moderate factions! Israel can't officially release the information for reasons unknown!
