I bet if LVLT was still in the double digits Crowe would continue selling. Glad I stayed away from this one, even though it is now under book value. My broker just quoted me some LVLT 2009 convertables at 32.50, with at YTM of 26%. Conversion price is $65. While I don't think LVLT will be back at $65 for years, if then, the market is pricing these bonds like LVLT will default on them, like TSIX looks to be defaulting on some its bonds. The worst ain't here yet, but there will be survivors, likely LVLT, and there may be a good opportunity to buy at a steep discount to Book, I'm looking for $5 or less on LVLT, then I may jump in.

Good Luck!

Tom
