What a dunderhead. Let me see if I get this straight about Crowe eating Crowe.

1) It was okay for me, Crowe, to go into [apparently huge] debt to buy gobs of LVLT shares
2) It was still a great decision in hindsight, because going into debt to buy gobs of shares was a sound business decision: .
3) Don't blame me for selling them: I wasn't selling them, my irrevocable trust was.
4) My irrevocable trust is not so irrevocable, because I told the trustee to quit, and he said he would and could. [Good Boy, Nice Trustee. Here's a bone. Now go play somewhere else.]
5) My top management [henchmen] have followed my sterling sell at any price example:
6) My top management [probably/also] went into gobs of debt to buy their shares:
7) My top management have heard from screaming stockholders about our dumping of stock and didn't like it.
8) My top management who have been selling at a loss for months now screamed the loudest. Funny, I never heard them other folks screaming outside of the inner sanctum/office. Wonder why???
9) My no longer selling at the bottom is now to be a sign of confidence in LVLT
10) It's the industry's fault that my construction company is worthless.
11) This sterling announcement day when my generous cessation of torrential selling is announced, my stock dumps another $1.30 on the news.
12) But that $1.30 dump doesn't hurt me any, because I've been dollar cost averaging! See, aren't you proud of me?
13) What????? You say a $1.30 is a huge percentage loss on the $7.62 Friday close???? Aw, c'mon, now, it's barely 1% of the $132 per share I got just a few months ago....It's all in how you look at things!!!
14) What's a buck thirty loss to my shareholders still remaining.. .yahooo....how come my voice is echoing in this arena...HEY!!!!! WHERE ARE ALL MY *())^&&*%%*&)( shareholders anyhow????
13) Oh, and before I quit selling, I sold a personal block of 2.95 million shares I just happened to have laying around to help me pay down s'more debt.
14) Hope nobody remembers that I was selling 5,000 shares a day through my irrevocable trust. Lemme see now...2.95 million divided by 5K per day buys me....590 days of debt service payments
15) If my shareholders remember that I was dumping 5K per day and do the math, they'll see I ain't expecting things to turn around for roughly 1.61 years ....
16) Don't worry behappy....I made that nice Scott fellar who bot them shares promise me on a stack of shareholder 10-Ks that he wouldn't sell them.
17) Please don't notice I didn't say how long I was going to not sell...my attorney told me NOT to put that in writing.
18) Please don't notice I didn't say how long my henchmen weren't going to sell either (same reason as above)
19) Please don't notice I didn't say how long my Savior Scott wasn't going to sell (same reason as above)
20) Please, Please, PURRRRRRRDY PLEASE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR AND HONEY ON IT, attend my conference call in just a few...I've got great exciting things to tell you about my company.

21) Thank you, Father for hearing my confession. It has been (xyz days) since my last confession.

Oh, good grief, Sacred Bull...do you think you'll get to see your $4 buy and double up price yet today?
At the rate Crowe is "eating crow" I'd think you'd be Fed Ex'ing him a dirty sock to stuff in his yap just to maintain some equity.

Sure hope you manage money better than he does, because ...
....because I'm willing to wager this thing will be either 75 or 100% margined before too much more time passes.

Man, You sure can pick'em, SB!!!!
P.S. gimme your address...email address that is>>>I want to send you a condolence card, courtesy of Blue Mountain Online Greetings.
