Max - You mean 2046 and 2007? I've been watching NDX since that's where my money is, not that there's a directional difference. I think that today and tomorrow the bloom will come off of the housing rose, and we'll be stuck with AG and his magic pencil as our last remaining straw to grasp. Not ready to say that'll be it for the summer, but I'm getting there. Doug
