Walking along the dark road of uncertainty,
knowing nothing but the black shroud the envelopes your soul.
The path is long and narrow,
will I fall?
The moments spiral upward to the night,
and the voices of little children in the distant air.
How have I come to this place of reckoning?
How have I come to this place at all?
Waiting for the time,
the time of what I can not say,
Simply that the path leads on, the walls are black,
the truth not far ahead.
