Sorry, we don't allow pump and dump of thin, small-cap issues. Most people that take the time to read this thread are much too sophisticated too fall for that kind of phony, stupid hype...rumors of index additions, etc. Oh yeah, big excitement on the street MUST BUY!!! --- ACTR down today like a dog, on 130,000 shares. Please re-read rule #2 on the thread summary.
