Which short sellers are you referring to? As I recall, I shorted AOL in the mid 60's in 1996 and covered at 30. I would say that the stock is again presenting another spectacular shorting opportunity at these levels (Just like Yahoo, insiders have recently filed to sell boatloads of shares).

Yahoo is not a one billion dollar company. Miniscule revenues, losing money and increasing competition ...and there is no way you can get around the fact that the company's management is about to sell off a significant percentage of the float.
