Subject: 18 June / About Time

Dear Shareholder,

By now I expect you will have received the notice of the AGM, to be held in
Sydney
Australia on the 17th July. All registered shareholders are welcome to attend.

As this Financial year draws to a close it is worth noting where we are.

1. It is safe to say that all the baggage left over from King Australia is
gone.

2. Our sales for Fiscal 2001 have ben as good as can be expected given our
supply chain problems , however we have secured PO finance for the future and
have placed
orders for delivery over the next 6 months.

3. The company has released 2 new products, a "smart status" terminal that
was designed specifically for the US Coast Guard and a new low cost GPS/AVL
modem.
Both products use King application software and we are confident of early
results.

4. The Company will finish the year with close to USD 2 milllion in
backorders (this is more than our revenue for 2000-2001.

5. The Company expects to sign an LOI , which would see King merged with 2
other comppanies, within the next week or so.

6. I remain confident that the Company is well and truly onthe way back and
that 2001-2002 will be a great year.

If you have any questions dont hesitate to drop me an email.

All the best,

Bob Geaghan
