Alliance to Offer Unique Advertising for MP3.com's Asia Division

SAN DIEGO, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- MP3.com, Inc., (Nasdaq: MPPP) announced an alliance today with AdSociety, the first pan-Asian broadband and wireless advertising, marketing and sales network. AdSociety will assist in selling advertising to supplement the direct activities of MP3.com's Asia Division (japan.mp3.com).

These services can be targeted regionally for clients in greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand, or allow clients from these regions to reach the large worldwide Internet audience MP3.com services.
