New service bridges the information gap...

Keen Europe today announced the launch of a UK advice
service that can help you find advice for your everyday life
by connecting you to someone who can share their advice
and experience live and
immediately over the telephone. Advisors on a huge variety
of subjects – including psychic and astrological advice
-
offer their services at the Keen website (www.keen.com).
Just click on your chosen advisor’s “Call Now” icon and Keen
will immediately and anonymously connect you via your
telephone.
Modern life is full of issues but finding the right person to
advise you on them can be a challenge. Increasingly people
are turning to spiritual alternatives when seeking advice on
all aspects of their lives. A MORI poll commissioned by Keen
found that 59% of people in Great Britain would like access
to people (personal advisors) beyond their circle of family
and friends who they could speak to for advice and
information. Despite the huge amount of information
available from the Internet, 88% of respondents said they
would still rather speak to a person experienced in a
particular area than search the Internet.
Keen’s community of advisors covers a wide range of topics
on subjects that affect all of our day-to-day lives. For
example there are KeenSpeakers on subjects from
horoscopes to healing, tarot to therapy and relationships to
recurring dreams
. The range of other topics available
includes health, fitness, business, computing, Internet,
travel, shopping, home and family.

How Keen Works

Keen works using a website, www.keen.co.uk and a
telephone. Once connected to Keen, KeenSeekers (people
seeking advice) browse a directory of KeenSpeakers (people
selling their advice) and select the Speaker who's right for
them. From dieting and relationship advice to computing and
Internet help to counselling on life’s everyday problems,
Speakers create listings which indicate the type of advice
they can provide, their per-minute fee, and how other Keen
members have rated their experiences with this person in
the past.

Visitors to the Web site simply click on the “Call Now” icon of
the KeenSpeaker of their choice, and Keen automatically
connects the two parties privately for a live telephone call.
Speakers set their own per-minute fee for each listing they
create, and Keen offers a full money-back guarantee if
Seekers are not completely satisfied with their experience.
