I see my point has not been entirely lost... ie. you have to put a value on rainforests, or price for oxygen generation or whatever you wan't to call it if you but Brazil in NAFTA for instance. This would fall under the link provided by CB about items not included in economic work... goods like air considered free. [housewives value too!! ]
