They have a acquisition adjusrment/writeoff to do in the near future. This will be Nortel like.So far I think they have only done an inventory writeoff.As you point out it will be a cashless expense with some very good tax ramifications. Having said that it will also make a negative headline - that could very well mark the low point. Most stocks I've ever watched that busted below 11 end up licking 9's.It is so close to the psychological threshold it just happens. JMHO Sort of like saying if it hits 90 it touches 100 generally it works out. An acquisition write down and hitting the 9's ,is a great entry point I'm thinking. Bob
