At first I was shocked when I read that story, then I just considered who's administration it came from and just shook my head in disgust. That whole mess had been started in motion before the Bush administration. If the GAO hadn't stepped in, who knows what else that moron would have done. He's my canidate for the rubber room.......guy's gotta be nuts.... PB
