Be like water my friend. <g> If I can add . . . the unmentioned requisite for reaching that state of selflessness is to have mastery of route-choice, order-configuration, and software order-entry. Any fumbling, delay, or distraction in this area, and flow is lost. I look forward to the day when retail traders have software and order-entry keypad systems with names like NintendoTick, TraderBoy, and CyberXBox, all operable with the ease of their namesakes.
