I am not buying anything until after October 2001. By then, we will see if Greenspan can work magic. I am sorry to say that he will fail and the whole world will go into a long recession because Europe has high inflation so its bankers cannot lower rates, Asia is barely coming out of 1998 crisis now it's being dragged back again.
