Re: Qwest Were they in business under another name? I cannot find anything about their fiber system. Perhaps they are a member of a number of club cables? USWorst and Qwest integration has not been easy, and USWorst still has the worst QoS in the industry (in America). The PR piece describing the Qwest network reminds me of how TCM tried to sell itself. How are their LD revs doing? I dunno, but that PR piece looks like they are trying to be part of the bandwagon all of a sudden. They have the cash cow of USWest, but they have the descending elements that go along with the rest of that business model.

Anybody know anything about the Qwest fiber system?
Another name, other than KPN of the Netherlands for the KQIP venture, perhaps?
