My two cents, along with some diabolical thoughts: First, here's the swing chart of JDSU: ottographs.com In order to reverse this particular downswing in the downtrend seen on the daily chart, JDSU needs trade, on volume and with thrust, over $12.60 or so. Now to some diabolical thoughts. As you may or may not know, the government of Canada is a five-year dictatorship. With the political landscape the way it is now, with virtually no party in opposition to the reigning Liberal government, there is nothing to stop it from making an attempt to save the economy of Central Canada, along with the pension funds of the country by nationalizing JDSU and/or Nortel for the sake of the government's stated mission, while bailing out all the bag-holders: trilateral.org cnn.com This will also finally give the government of Canada the chance to resurrect the Big Brother project. The truth is that the government of Canada wants to be able to monitor and collect information on all its citizens like no other country on Earth: infowar.com wired.com hrdc-drhc.gc.ca Talk about killing a flock of birds with one stone.
