Gee, I wonder if Mr. Apruzzese would be so anxious if it was his home computer(s) that was the guinea pig. It also seems to me that they'd have to develop a home network technician training program from scratch, and hire qualified candidates, before they even think of claiming they are competent of undertaking such a thing. Who out there is going to give a cable MSO administrative rights to their machine? "Trust us, we are just logging all your files and emails for your own protection!
