surfing reveals a good deal of people thinking telcoms had a capitulation today. Aside from scalping a possible bounce,i would carefully study the balance sheets on all of these before going long. I think Cramer had good advice in saying look to telcoms on the buying side of gear equipment etc(as prices for supply will be going down),and not the demand side,and also without dangerous debt loads. Those companies that are on dangerous debt-load side have unlimited downside.
