ALA will have to write off Xylan and Assured Access. Siemens will do the same with Efficient.

COme on guys! Big teleocm vendors during bubble time wanted to dress up as data coms companies to fight off the Power Point brigade of the CSCO's of this world.

They went out buying the Cascades and BayNetworks using over priced shares. Now that CSCO threat of New World doesn't impress even ZO's cat, they have to throw away their data coms capabilities.

For those hungry for facts: ERICY and ALA dump their enterprise business.
