Charles, from all the responses I got, yours is the most intelligent, and I thank you for your input, I am trying to find out if there is really anything worth considering before I short this stock, you know shorting is risky as going long, but, in this case I see litle risk....tell you why...I do not see any news that would move this stock higher, with the summer around the corner ....stocks tend to go down.....what do you think will keep this stock for going south????...let me tell you a secret....the companies don't give a flip about your investements, they are to make money on the investors pockets...and if you do some on the side fine...but the ones that remain long will be left holding the dirty bag.....of course there ar exceptions, but I don't think that IPM is one....sorry..no cigar
