HUNT VALLEY, Md., Jun 19, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CBQ, Inc. (OTCBB:CBQI) The
E-Business Infrastructure Company, announced today that it has resolved all
outstanding financial issues with Suntrust, which had been the pre-existing bank
used by Quantum Technology Group, acquired by CBQ on August 8, 2000.

CBQ has opened a new banking relationship with First Union, and is in
discussions with other banks such as Bank of America, and Allfirst.

"CBQ is very pleased to have resolved all of its outstanding financial issues
with Suntrust through its payments last week," said Bart S. Fisher, Chairman and
CEO of CBQ. "We appreciate the consideration and professional manner in which we
were able to move on to new banking relationships."
