Well, maybe the chickens are coming home to roost finally. Hard to get too excited about this because of all the false starts, but we all have been questioning why SK Telecom and KT Freetel would be so anxious to use WCDMA when they are the world leaders in the CDMA2000 race. Maybe NTT DoCoMo has finally run out of bait (money) to dangle in front of potential joint venture partners.
