GX: Details on Lease vs IRU and Capacity Situation

As long as GX sells, whether IRU or capacity leases, the future should bode well. IRU sales result in high upfront cash, OTOH, it is not recurring. Capacity sales (short term leases) are more profitable, but with less cash upfront. The whole issue boils down to cash flow.. now or later. Now, less profit, later more profit.
