You can pick out almost any specific duration and someone will be right. It's cyclical for strategists as well. ML began favoring Bernstein over Chuck Clough a few years back. I think that both missed the big upside market moves in 98 and 99. I think that Bernstein is one of the smarter guys at ML.

BTW, I read that ML is changing their rating system. Under the new system, the "Buy" rating becomes a "Strong Buy" rating.
