Yes Greg...and to allow management to continually make the same "foul tip" is another point. There appears to be absolutely no way in heck that Noam will ever get the message. Just more and more of the same mumblings at meetings as the owners of his company wait for him to say something that gets attention.

I know he and management never read this thread...or, are unlikely to, so what is the reason to waste energy on these matters?
