Brinker International Signs New Contract with National Processing Company

LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- National Processing Company (NPC®) a leading provider of merchant credit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP) announced the signing of a multi-year credit card processing agreement with Brinker International (NYSE: EAT). Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will provide merchant processing solutions for all Brinker International Visa® and MasterCard® transactions.

Brinker International, the world's premier multi-concept casual dining restaurant company, operates over 1,100 locations in 47 states and 20 countries. NPC will provide Brinker front-end authorization and settlement services to all its locations.
