Don, this European tendency to bureaucratize society will continue until the limits of affordability are reached. one day the whole enchilada will just collapse upon itself imo, unless someone has the courage to steer the ship in a different direction real soon. but that is highly unlikely...the civil sector is so large in most European countries that no political party can hope to prevail by opposing its privileges and waste. so we'll probably have to wait for the system to exhaust itself. there is however an undercurrent of dissatisfaction in the populace that expresses itself more frequently of late...it's undefined as of yet, but one can sense that the sheep aren't all that happy with their sheepdom anymore.
