n telecommunications, I don't think it's an overcapacity problem as much as a technology dislocation problem. The circuit switch (from Nortel, Lucent) is dead.<< This is a problem with these high tech companies structural changes are happening so fast for investors to keep up with then top it off with a vicious cyclical slow down in It spending . Many of these companies will never recover I I think that's why a lot of investors will not even go near tech right now.
