A Complaint is not a lawsuit. A Complaint is just a piece of paper, until it is filed. If it is a lawsuit, then there is a case number. I just checked the filings online, and found nothing. Which may not mean anything because the search is not really accurate without a case number. You got the number, so a shlep like me can check it out? Grub
