i think your sense of smell is spot on. Argentina and Brazil are going downhill real fast...Argentina has now watered down the currency board by introducing a devaluation exclusively for exporters. it's like an open invitation to attack their currency....i think it will end with the collapse of the board, and a financial panic across LatAm, perhaps infecting other emerging markets too.
