Edit: I just spotted my error: For the first quarter, I have the three months ending March 31, 2000 rather than March 31, 2001. They are next to each other in the 10Q with first quarter year 2000 coming first. The calculation should follow the sames lines for first quarter year 2001.

OK, that's what I had figured. Note also that SEBL appears to have changed their accounting practices--last year, they counted it all in Q1, but this year they amortize it across the four quarters (hence 90 >> 30). Either that, or for some reason they only allowed people to exercise in the March quarter, and this year they're more liberal.
