I see that Adrian has answered your question for me. I received my 1996 annual report last Tuesday, however my kids own shares directly so that is why the Annual Report came quicker. I also have shares with a brokerage firm and I have not received their copy yet.

Their AGM is in Toronto on July 11th at 4PM at the Board of Trade (within First Canadian Place.) This should be a lively and very informative meeting. I hope it will do the stock price some good also, We need it back up to at least the $0.60 range.
