Cancall Enters License Agreement With Sims Communications

CANCALL CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS INC ("CLE-V;CCCAF-L")

SIMS COMMUNICATIONS INC ("SIMS-Q;SIMSU-L")

- Cancall Enters License Agreement With Sims Communications

Eric Cardey, CEO and Director of Cancall Cellular Communications Inc., reports that the Company has entered into a
licensing agreement with Sims Communications Inc. of Delray Beach, Fl. The agreement calls for Cancall to purchase 30 of
the company's automated INSTAPHONE rental machines and 100 DebitLink POS Terminals. The purchase price of 1.2
million US in Cancall Preferred shares includes the exclusive marketing rights of the revolutionary DebitLink product in
Canada and Europe and non-exclusive in the United States. The agreement is subject to the approval of the Vancouver Stock
Exchange.

James Caprio, Senior V.P. of Sims said, "The sale of the licensed units to Cancall gives Sims an international presence and
opens the doors to Global expansion and the purchase of the INSTAPHONE automated rental equipment will allow Cancall
to expand its existing rental business through joint venture locations on a national scale."

Cancall believes the DebitLink system will offer a prepaid interactive card to millions of people considered "credit
challenged" by major corporations every year. The DebitLink unit and its proprietary software offer a solution to those
historical problems associated with inventory control, collections and shrinkage.

Cancall has reviewed cellular air-time bills rendered by its carriers in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Hawaii and the Company
is seeking reimbursement for a chronic pattern of inaccuracies and over-billing. At this time Cancall is awaiting response
from the carriers regarding these issues.
