Intel to discontinue some routers, switches investor.cnet.com Since Andy mentioned that Intel has been profitable in the networking silicon business and wireless silicon business, this should help "other" line going forward. I never understood why Intel and Cisco announced a marketing partnership a few weeks ago with Intel Gigabit NIC cards and Cisco Gigabit routers & switches when Intel had their own. Now, it makes more sense. tushar
