The VIX PnF chart is on a buy signal which is inverse to the market.A print of 32 in pifferdom would not be good as that would break thru the bearish resistance line.A print of 29 from here would be two buy signals on the VIX which would make the likelyhood of the 32 area falling much greater if it doesn't print 21 first.
