That and your previous conviction and imprisonment for fraud constitute a pattern of racketeering activity. A felony under, I believe, 18 U.S. Code secs. 1961(1)(A) & (5), 1962, 1963, and grounds for 20 years imprisonment and treble damages in civil actions. You wanna threaten me, buckshot? Fine. I'm a lawyer, I know a few Assistant U.S. Attorneys, I'll drop your name and criminal record and a copy of your post next time I have lunch with one. Won't be until Monday at 12:30 though. Since you mention whoopass, you must have really enjoyed prison to want to get back there so badly. Jailbird, you picked the wrong thread and the wrong people to threaten. Disappear, ladybug.
