I was out of town for a few days. Looks like UHT was a great buying opportunity. A lot of equity will be issued at these multiples. I think the wall of worry will be climbed for a while. I expect the ^RMS to climb a lot longer than one would expect, though MT has started to break down as so is WYN and ETT may be following. I doubt that hotels will get too hot without the general market picking up, and it will be hard for offices to lead during dropping rental occupancies. So I don't see a strong move from here unless the money is searching for relative safety.

p.s. Alexed - I only follow equity REITs, so I am not much use for the mortgage REITs nor limited partnerships except for a quick dividend clip sometimes. I do buy DSWL regularly and am very comfortable with its 5%+ dividend that they are going to start paying out quarterly soon. With a P/E of 8 and growth potential, I am impressed with their management.
