Phil,
Brad Wilkenson is still in this -- talked to him yesterday. I highly rec. that you do NOT take this "offer." There will be a 250:1 reverse shortly after -- if you take the offer, you will get wiped out. They eventually have to pay the dividends. Just my thought after talking to a snake.
