The papers were filed in U.S. District Court in San Jose, Calif.>/i> if you need more just type "intel lawsuit" at any search engine re: supply imbalance etc... remember the recent deal about oems underestimating the demand for pentiums. Seems like dell's model should lead to highest losses under the scenario yet...... REgards -Albert
