Paul,

I like AMD too and they have quite a cult following here on SI and other stock sites I have visited. I would wait for the markets to turn though.

If you love AMD, check out TMTA. The two companies are working together on a faster processor in competition with INTC. TMTA's has won several design awards and agreements are in place for Toshiba and other's notebook computers. The thingy I like about TMTA stock is that the CEO just came out and reaffirmed guidance for Q2 and the shares are at a historically low level and a great channel trader currently btw 12ish and 14ish plus the stock moves cat-like quick in a good Nasdaq market. Plus the lockup expired last month which put pressure on the stock.

Not a rec to buy TMTA <do your own DD> but in a strong semi market this stock moves!
